400 Rustic Station was opened in November of 2016 by Ron and Kimberly Kollasch of Whittemore, Iowa. The building was formerly a DX gas station that was in business for 50 years.
A city girl, and a farmer driving down a dirt road checking crops. One looking at the fields of grain and the other looking at what she could build out of barn wood!
They brought their love of "junkin" from the country to town. One of a kind re-purposed furniture pieces are created by Kim. Home decor, with an Iowa farmhouse feel and metal decor signs are offered. Unique t-shirts, jewelry, scarves candles and more...
