We are one of only two, Equal - 2 State Certified plants in Le Sueur County; this means that we are legally able to sell our products to businesses who can then sell them to their customers.
ALLof our Homemade style products are made at Edel's Meat Market -- by us. So you can be confident that only fresh, USDA inspected meat is used in our products. We make over 50 different kinds of Sausages and "Heat & Eat" products. Some of our recipes date back more than 40 years, while others are being created as customers tastes change.
