Comprehensive Plan Maryville, in cooperation with RDG USA, is developing a Comprehensive Plan to be the basis for establishing policies and priorities for coordinated development/redevelopment, as well as potential future infrastructure expansion. The plan will eventually include policy statements, goals, objectives, guidelines, maps, GIS support, and graphics that will serve as a foundation for future land use decisions. The plan will also provide strategies to encourage economic development, quality residential growth, and general improvements for the protection of the quality of life for the City’s residents and businesses.
