(NDMS) procure 95% of their inventory by obtaining salvage rights of old buildings stated to be torn down or burned. After procuring reusable items, they measure, mark, photograph, store & display them in their warehouses, where they are available for sale. This venture began as a hobby and has progressed into a full time job for both owners.
