Dover has an extremely active and progressive City Council. In this world of high technology, the City has been steadfast in its aim to improve and keep pace with current technology.
*On August 28, 2019 the Dover City Hall will be moved to "the old school building" at 217 West Center Street. The office of the Clerk will be located in room 4 on the first floor
just inside door 1 of the building. Council meetings, official posting
board for Council action, water and sewer bill drop off and all other
activities that have been at the current city hall will be moved to the
new location.
