In the there is no skill needed category, the free Hooligan River Run will takes place the 3rd weekend in June. Hooligan River Run is where teams of two to five bring innertubes, inflatable rafts or vessels of their own making (using river-friendly materials) to see who can run the rapids in the quickest time.
