Join us at the 53rd Annual Cherokee PRCA Rodeo - May 30 - June 1 in Cherokee, Iowa. The event features 7 PRCA and WPRA events. Come early to enjoy Western Vendors, Petting Zoo, Pony Rides, Concession Stands, Beer Garden and different contestants each night. Save money by purchasing your tickets in advance. Gates open at 5:00 PM on Thursday to allow plenty of time for the kids to enjoy FREE Pony Rides, a FREE Petting Zoo, and FREE Kid’s Games. Mutton Bustin and a Boot Race will be held in the arena beginning at 6:30 PM and the Rodeo Performance begins at 7:30.Saturday, June 1 you can plan on a full day of Rodeo FUN in Cherokee. Our friends at the Cherokee Depot will be serving up lunch from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at their Western Cookout. The Rodeo Parade begins at 4:00, starting at Washington High School and ending at the Rodeo grounds.
