Welcome to the City of Maquoketa, Iowa. We are excited to welcome you to our charming, eastern Iowa community of more than 6,100 One of a Kind residents. While Maquoketa may be small in size, we boast a growing base of industries and opportunity. In the past decade, Maquoketa has welcomed the state-of-the-art Ohnward Fine Arts Center, the Hurstville Interpetive Center, a brand new YMCA, a $1.5 million Clinton Community College Maquoketa Center and the Clinton Engines Museum.

The community has also invested in the addition of new trailways, a stellar community school district and modern medical services anchored by the Jackson County Regional Health Center.
