Located only two miles south of Wisconsin border and along Illinois Highway 26. The Village of Orangeville is one of Northwest Illinois’ most beautiful communities. The village offers many recreational activities and attractions including the Jane Addams Trail, which has gorgeous bike and hiking trails as well as opportunities for snowmobiling and cross country skiing! If you visit during spring or summer, be sure to check out the Butterfly Farm located south on the Jane Addams Trail it’s simply delightful.

The Village of Orangeville also contains several parks, wetlands, a golf course and many local businesses — including our downtown restaurants and nightlife.

Orangeville, IL, is a true piece of American history. Several buildings in our historic downtown and throughout the village are listed on the National Historic Register, and are truly a sight to see!
